Shipping & Returns

At Decora Tu Hogar, we stand behind the quality of our products and will make things right if you are not satisfied once you receive your purchase. We believe that we can work together with our customers to make every purchase a positive experience. If you have a concern or quality issue, we will work with you to correct it.

If you need to return an item, please contact Customer Service (1-809-563-3842)  with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.  We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES:

  • Sale/Markdown Items (price ending in $.99)
  • Mattress or Box Springs

CANCELLATIONS

  • For all  items, Decora Tu Hogar will accept a cancellation for a full refund if the item has not shipped. If the item has shipped, the company return policy and procedures will be followed.

 

 

Furniture Return/Exchange Policy :

Every item in our collection is carefully inspected before leaving our distribution center. We encourage you to also inspect the furniture upon receipt of your purchase. If you have a concern or quality issue, we will work with you to correct it.  We will accept merchandise returns of  furniture items within 15 days of customer receipt.

All Decora Tu Hogar furniture merchandise may be returned in person to our retail store (Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic) or by mail if the item was ordered online or by phone. An appropriate exchange, credit or refund will be issued for the item(s) and any taxes due to be refunded in accordance with applicable laws.  Refunds will be issued in the original form of tender.

All items will be inspected upon return. A restocking fee will apply, starting at 25% of the purchase price, for any items(s) not returned in good condition or outside of the stated time frame.

 

Non-Furniture Return/Exchange Policy :

We will accept merchandise returns of non-furniture items within 15 days of customer receipt.

All Decora Tu Hogar non-furniture merchandise may be returned in person to our retail store (Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic) or by mail if the item was ordered online or by phone.

Bedding items can be returned or exchanged only if in their original packaging.

An appropriate exchange, credit or refund will be issued for the item(s) and any taxes due to be refunded in accordance with applicable laws.

 

 

Damaged  Items:

It is important that you inspect your new furniture carefully while the delivery team is still at your home. If you have received damaged or defective merchandise, we require that you document any visible problems relating to your purchase immediately upon delivery by writing a detailed description of the issue and the box condition(s) on the shipper's delivery receipt.

Any claim on damaged or defective merchandise must be submitted to the Decora Tu Hogar Customer Service Center (1-809-563-3842) within (3) days of the delivery.

 

SHIPPING

At present we are unable to offer domestic and international shipping services. Online customers have the option to pick up items at our retail location in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.

 

Pick-Up at Store  Information

Online customers have the option to pick up  items at our retail location in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.

  • Customer pick-up hours of operation: 12pm to 6pm every day.
  • Same day pick-up is available.
  • Please call one hour ahead at 1-809-563-3842 to ensure your items will be ready when you arrive.
  • Indicate whether you would like any item pre-assembled ( additional fees may apply).
